Lovely place, very clean, great staff.
I stayed here with my young daughter and it was beautiful hotel and room, very friendly management and very quiet. The gardens are immaculate also and a lovely place to stay 10/10...will definitely stay there again
Nice.. comfortable and non fussy. Advice .. curtains not thick enough and light stands through very early in the morning. Otherwise basics are all there. Thanks
Unbelievable customer service, so very friendly and helpful needed to stay extra time and they was very understanding and let us will be coming back 100% the pond outside is simply beautiful!
Short stay only!The smallest possible twin room with narrow but comfy beds. All seemed clean and the room was well laid out as far as possible with plenty of tea and coffee, a clean kettle (with a sink tap you could fill it with!), good bedside lighting and adequate mains sockets. Unfortunately there is no wardrobe, or even any surface to put stuff on.The bathroom wall/door doubles as a slightly unsettling giant mirror, but the fittings inside are clean and functional with HOT hot water. Tiny shower, but all they could squeeze in the space.TV rubbish, and neither of us was prepared to give all our info away for the sake of their hobbled wi-fi.Something fishy with the bill, see attached booking slip and final invoice. The Vatman might well feel a twitch!
