Always very impressed by professionalism and curtesy of the medical staff. The receptionist can be abrupt but they are trying to deal with a deluge of requests and queries .. You can ALWAYS. get an emergency appointment.. Which again demonstrates patience and flexibility of stff. As said previously only thing that let's then down is the mishandling of the NHS by successive profit driven reforms...
Difficult to get an appointment. Constantly fobbed off by receptionists and doctors that don't really want to do anything for you. Receptionist wants all the details of what's wrong with you before she will give you an appointment. Didn't realise she was a qualified Dr! Perhaps she should start seeing patients to lighten the load a bit!!
Moved to the area 2 years ago and have been using this surgery. Never had any issues. They are always very helpful and friendly. No problem with appointments or repeat prescriptions.
Just moved to the area and they've been absolutely fantastic. very difficult to find such a good surgery where doctors (and all staff actually) do their very best to help. A refreshing change!
Waited 3 weeks for a Saturday appointment get to the door and it's closed. Lost a days pay for nothing. Even says online that there open. Wouldn't mind but it's for my asthma pump.
