I think the manager in this store needs to care more for her staff and customers than her budget. When you ask to speak to her she is never there evenings or weekends (the busiest time) I only ever see two staff on the shift every Friday and Saturday evenings, just when people want to fill up for the weekend. I have to say the staff on those days are always really lovely and polite considering they are rushed off their feet and clearly understanding how unfair it all is. Local to me but it's the same thing every week, queues outside and in.
The manager Siva is badly organised and rude unfortunately. Was meant to start work here but she took over a month to process the 'wrong' papers, to which she then just gave up. Very poor
